Standard Delivery Discount Offer

The Standard Delivery Discount (“offer”) is valid for orders made from 01 August 2026 to 29 October 2026 after activating their unique offer (“term”). For eligible completed orders only, subject to the conditions below. Patients who are eligible for this offer will be informed via email communication at the beginning of the campaign and need to follow the steps in the email to activate the offer on their account.

1. Limitations:

  • Offer needs to be activated to be applied to uMeds orders. Eligible patients need to follow the instructions in the campaign email to activate before the activation link expires.
  • Only one activation will be valid per user.
  • After being activated, the offer can be used any number of times within the term.
  • Offer cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
  • Offer has no cash value and is non-transferable.
  • Offer is only valid for standard shipping.

  2. How to Use:

  • Activate the offer following the instructions in the campaign email. The offer must be activated by 5pm AEST 31 July 2026.
  • Order your medication through uMeds and select standard delivery before the end of the term.
  • The offer will be automatically applied to the standard shipping fee charged by the pharmacy allocated to dispense your order, and will be reflected on the pharmacy invoice.
  • If the script expires before the medication is dispensed by the pharmacy, the order will be cancelled.
  • Offer is only applicable for orders from a valid Alternaleaf prescription during the term. If a valid script expires or is fulfilled, a new Alternaleaf prescription is required to be eligible for the offer for the remainder of the term.

Modification or Termination:

  • uMeds reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, prior to an eligible order being placed.
  • uMeds may invalidate an offer or refuse to honour it if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the offer is being used in violation of these terms or in a fraudulent or improper manner.
